POLICE in Lusaka are investigating an incident where a 28-year-old man was crushed inside a block mixing machine while cleaning it. In a statement, Tuesday, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale disclosed that Movin Tembo, a general worker at a block making factory, was inside the machine when there was no power supply.
