NEW Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka says the isolation of political parties from the electoral reform process is part of government’s plan to rig the 2026 general elections. On Friday, Electoral Commission of Zambia Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro said the commission had isolated political parties from the electoral reform process to avoid conflict of interest.
