VICE-President Mutale Nalumango says investigations are not meant to be public because suspects may cover up their tracks. And Vice-President Nalumango says anyone involved in the ZAMMSA scandal won’t be shielded because what happened was sabotage against the people. On the other hand, the Vice-President urged members of parliament to encourage people to buy maize instead of mealie meal, which is expensive and sometimes not available.
