A LAWYER representing former president Edgar Lungu’s daughter Tasila says his client will only present herself to the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) when her newborn has the necessary documents to travel to Zambia. But DEC Director General Nason Banda says he is yet to officially receive that communication, urging people to promptly appear before the commission once summoned. Meanwhile, Banda has insisted that Lungu is not in the scope of their investigations.
