SOCIALIST Party National Youth Chairperson Kelvin Kaunda says the UPND wants to cover up its failures with lies because it doesn’t have the luxury of time before the next general elections. Commenting on President Hakainde Hichilema’s statement that his government had fulfilled its promises during its three years in office, Kaunda said the UPND administration was full of pathological liars. “The only thing that the UPND government has achieved is to be pathological liars.
