INFRASTRUCTURE, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi says the completion of projects which were left unfinished by the previous administration should be a source of happiness for them because they failed to see them through. Milupi has also dismissed claims that rather than being a pioneer, President Hakainde Hichilema is only finishing projects which were started by the previous regime, saying the Head of State has done so many things which everyone considered impossible.
