THE Zambia Congress of Trade Unions (ZCTU) says it is disappointed that the 2025 budget delivered by Finance Minister Situmbeko Musokotwane on Friday did not provide any adjustment to the PAYE regime. On Friday, Dr Musokotwane unveiled a K217 billion 2025 national budget but revealed that it had no tax concessions. “Madam Speaker, following the successful restructuring of our external debt, we need to strengthen domestic resource mobilisation to enable us service this.
