UNITED Kwacha Alliance (UKA) Chairperson Sakwiba Sikota says the alliance will select a torch bearer even before the eligibility case of former president Edgar Lungu concludes. In a recent interview, Sikota said the alliance was selling all its leaders to the people so that it would be easy to replace anyone in case something happened.
