FORMER Home Affairs minister Stephen Kampyongo says he is not shaken by the Anti-Corruption Commission’s intention to appeal his acquittal, arguing that the commission is now behaving like a programmed political institution. On Sunday, the ACC announced that it would appeal the acquittals of Kampyongo on corruption charges and former Lusaka Province minister Bowman Lusambo on three counts of attempting to interfere with witnesses.
