GERMANY Ambassador to Zambia Ann Wagner Mitchell says it remains the duty of the State to promote and protect the rights of citizens. Ambassador Mitchell says the current anti-corruption policy is inadequate in many areas to effectively prevent, prosecute and punish corruption. Meanwhile, Justice Minister Princess Kasune says laws should not be a privilege for a select few, but for all.
