ATTORNEY General Mulilio Kabesha says constitutional reforms are urgently needed because some clauses needed to be worked on “like yesterday”. Kabesha says while in opposition, the UPND knew that the Constitution needed to be amended but they did not agree with process that was being undertaken by the PF.
