PF faction vice-president Given Lubinda has appealed to citizens to pray for incarcerated former defence minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba so that his appeal can be successful. Lubinda has also bragged that the PF delivered development to Zambians, citing the Mwembeshi prisons which he says is a good facility worth putting citizens in. And Lubinda says some leaders are full of nothing but self-praise.
