LUSAKA lawyer Makebi Zulu has described President Hakainde Hichilema’s decision to remove Constitutional Court judges Anne Sitali, Mungeni Mulenga and Palan Mulonda from their offices as an act of retribution. On Saturday, President Hichilema removed the three judges from their respective offices as Judges of the Constitutional Court of Zambia, acting on the recommendation in the report presented to him by the Judicial Complaints Commission.
