UPND member Kelvin Sampa says some people within the ruling party are working against him. Sampa was recently arrested by the police for allegedly defrauding some Japanese investors of $80,000 in a botched transaction involving gold. He was later arrested again for fraudulently obtaining $70,000 from some Chinese nationals.
