UPND member Kelvin Sampa says some people within the ruling party are working against him. Sampa was recently arrested by the police for allegedly defrauding some Japanese investors of $80,000 in a botched transaction involving gold. He was later arrested again for fraudulently obtaining $70,000 from some Chinese nationals. In an interview, Friday, Sampa said it was surprising that after he went to the police to report how he was scammed, he was turned into a suspect.
