POLICE have disclosed that two children died in Chief Moyo’s area, Pemba District, after lightning struck their house. Police say after the incident, the children were placed in a Toyota Hilux driven by the headteacher at their school, with the view of reporting the matter to Pemba Police. However, the vehicle was involved in an accident, resulting in the death of a passenger.
