BANK of Zambia Governor Dr Denny Kalyalya says people are dying prematurely because the country’s health system has broken down as public officials dip their hands into resources meant for health care. And Dr Kalyalya says although he is sad to lose his wife, he is proud because of how she fought her cancer. Meanwhile, President Hakainde Hichilema says the country can do better diagnostically to identify cases such as cancer and many other diseases early enough.
