SEVERAL students from various higher learning institutions in Lusaka were yesterday dispersed by police after they tried to offer solidarity to former president Edgar Lungu ahead of his eligibility judgement next Tuesday. And according to PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda, the students, who had gathered at Lusaka’s Crest Lodge in Ibex Hill, also wanted to seek mentorship from the former president. The students had gathered at the lodge yesterday, hoping to meet Lungu but police quickly dispersed them, threatening to use tear gas.
