HEALTH Minister Elijah Muchima has lamented that he doesn’t know why the Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency (ZAMMSA) is not buying medical equipment despite money being availed to them. And Muchima says those who steal medicine from public hospitals to go and sell it elsewhere are killers. Speaking when he toured Mansa General Hospital, Saturday, Muchima said government had signed off funds for the procurement of medical equipment to ZAMMSA twice, but that nothing had been bought.   “The President is supporting us and he has given me instructions that we buy equipment.
