MINISTER of Sports, Youth and Arts Elvis Nkandu says reports linking him to vote buying in the recently held Kawambwa by-election are untrue and unfolded. And Nkandu says he was on leave when he campaigned in Kawambwa, adding that he didn’t use any government vehicle.
