PF lawyer Makebi Zulu has argued that police brutality has worsened under the UPND government, contrary to claims by Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu. On Tuesday, Mwiimbu said professionalism in the Zambia Police Service had greatly improved since the UPND came into power, adding that police brutality was no longer an issue.
