A LIVINGSTONE resident has reported Francis Mwansa Kapwepwe, better known as Why Me, for hate speech and insulting the Head of State. Last month, Livingstone Magistrate Tabita Muleya convicted Kapwepwe and sentenced him to 12 imprisonment in each of the two counts of hate speech and unlawful publication of a video containing derogatory remarks directed the Tonga speaking people. Why Me, however, walked to freedom a day later because he had already served about 80 per cent of his sentence, having been in detention for nine months after his arrest.
