FORMER Petauke Central member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda has narrated how he was allegedly abducted and tortured in August last year. In Facebook livestream which lasted over two hours on Monday, Banda claimed that he was sodomised by his abductors, causing him to contract some diseases. Banda also asked President Hakainde Hichilema, Home Affairs and Internal Security minister Jack Mwiimbu and Ministry of Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana to explain how he left Chipata General Hospital because “they know everything”.
