SECRETARY to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa says he will not allow civil servants to campaign using government resources, urging permanent secretaries and district commissioners who wish to join politics to resign. Kangwa also says President Hakainde Hichilema does not expect any government official to act wrongly in the name of the party, because he has never asked anyone to do anything wrong in the delivery of services.
