THE Office of the Auditor General has launched various ICT initiatives in a bid to enhance the manner in which it executes its constitutional mandate to promote transparency and the prudent use of public resources. In a speech read on his behalf by Acting Deputy AG for Corporate Services Stella Nyonda at the AOG ICT launch, Friday, Acting Auditor General Dr Ron Mwambwa said the initiatives included the Audit Management System, a centralised digital platform that would automate and streamline the audit lifecycle, among others.
