A 17-YEAR-OLD teenager has been detained in Monze for allegedly defiling a three year-old girl. In a statement, Southern Province Police Commanding Officer Auxensio Daka confirmed the incident, stating that the incident happened when the victim’s father sent her to buy sugar but did not return on time.
