THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) has cautioned broadcasting stations over religious programmes that mislead audiences on critical matters such as instant wealth, bringing back lost lovers and miraculous healing. The Authority says it is a breach of the licensing condition for broadcasting houses to host people who mislead the public, adding that appropriate action will be taken against stations that fail to adhere to broadcasting standards.
