THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) has warned Cloud FM Radio against contravening provisions of the IBA Act and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which require all broadcasting content to be fair, impartial and responsible. IBA Acting Director General Susen Ndumingu says the caution follows comprehensive monitoring of the station’s content, which revealed instances of poor programme moderation, bias and emotionally charged content.
