ZAMBIA Must Prosper president Kelvin Fube Bwalya says the widespread rejection of Constitution Amendment Bill No. 7 of 2025 stems from a process he describes as lacking legitimacy. Bwalya has given the government, through Attorney General Mulilo Kabesha, a 14-day ultimatum to withdraw the bill from the public domain.
