THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has arrested and charged 47 year old Mweene Nseluke, a district health director at Chongwe District Health Office for corruption involving over K422, 000. ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono says Dr Nseluke, in his capacity as district health director at Chongwe District Health Office signed a contract, certified and approved payments worth K422, 415 for the service of motor vehicles, motorbikes and purchase of goods and services to Lukem Prominent Ventures, a company he owns.
