PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has apologised for the delay in announcing the funeral programme for former president Edgar Lungu, citing challenges in negotiations with the family on burial rites. And President Hichilema says he gets surprised when he hears people saying there’s tension between Zambia and Zimbabwe. President Hichilema told his Zimbabwean counterpart Emerson Mnangagwa that it was their joint duty to maintain strong relations between the two nations.
