THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) says Nestlé Zambia has been ordered to pay K13.8 million to the Authority, following a ruling by the Supreme Court. ZRA Corporate Communications Manager Oliver Nzala says this follows a transfer pricing audit with respect to Nestlé Zambia Trading Limited’s operations on the basis that it consistently reported losses between 2010 and 2014.
