PF Deputy Secretary General Brenda Nyirenda says President Hakainde Hichilema has no choice but to be a fan of taxes. And Nyirenda has questioned how manufacturers are to lower commodity prices when they are barely producing due to load shedding and inadequate supply of diesel in the country.
