FORMER ZAMMSA board vice chairperson Kenney Saini says law enforcement agencies should only take action in cases where they have gathered proper evidence against suspects. Saini says acting without proper evidence unfairly crashes businesses for the affected individuals. On Wednesday, the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) disclosed that there was no case of undeclared interest by ZAMMSA Board members.
