OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says the 2026 National Budget must reflect investment in a multipurpose fuel pipeline. Dr Mubanga adds that government should also allocate funds to increase fuel storage facilities.
