IN September this year, the Anti-Corruption Commission issued a statement to the effect that they were investigating a case of abuse of office at the Development Bank of Zambia involving a top manager. They revealed to the public that the person under investigation had spent over one million kwacha of public resources on paying for his children’s school fees.
