The 45-year-old Lusaka businessman accused of painting “Free HH” graffiti has been granted K1,500 cash bail.
When the matter came up for ruling on bail yesterday, Lusaka magistrate Nthandose Chabala granted Sikasula Mwanakatwe K1,500 cash bail with two working sureties bound at K5,000 in their own recognizance.
She also ordered that the state to give Sikasula back his car and two phones which they seized from him.
Trial commences on August 1, 2017
