FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo says he will challenge the High Court’s decision to uphold ACC’s appeal against the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court decision to set aside the warrant of seizure effected on his Chamba Valley properties. And Lusambo says the Judiciary must not punish him because of his name but must independently adjudicate his matters.
