A FEW days ago, President Hakainde Hichilema made a viral statement, condemning his permanent secretaries for spending most of their time flying around the world. The irony of his counsel was that facts along with public perception were not in his favour. Zambians can all agree that this particular President is in fact a frequent flyer himself.
