LUSAKA lawyer Makebi Zulu says police officers stopped the Socialist Party’s Kitwe rally because they thought former president Edgar Lungu would attend as a special guest. And Zulu says President Hakainde Hichilema is the first president to have gone this long without allowing an opposition party to hold a rally since Zambia became a multi-party system.
