EMMANUEL Jay Banda’s lawyer, Kennedy Mambwe, says the lawmaker’s sister, Pauline, was on Saturday detained by police because she was using a phone suspected to have been stolen. It was widely reported on Saturday that another of Banda’s sisters, Lenni, had been arrested by police, but the lawyer has clarified that the sister that was detained is Pauline.
