THE Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) has fined Yango for unfair trading practices that had forced competitors out of business. In a statement issued, Wednesday, CCPC Senior Public Relations Officer Florence Zaza stated that Yango had contravened Sections 8, 10 and 16(2)(a) of the Competition and Consumer Protection Act.
