ROAD Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) acting Chief Executive Officer Eng Alinani Msisya says the new RTSA Act of 2022 provides for a reduced but effective board of directors. At a media briefing on the Road Traffic Amendment Act, Thursday, Eng Msisya said the number of board of directors would be reduced from 13 to 9 members. “The Road Transport and Safety Agency wishes to inform the public that the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act No. 8 of 2022 is now in force and under implementation by the Road Transport and Safety Agency and other relevant authorities in Zambia.
