THE Millers Association of Zambia (MAZ) says citizens should not worry about the rise in mealie meal prices as they will stabilise since the crop marketing season has commenced. A check by a Diggers reporter in some Shoprite, Cheers and PicknPay stores in Lusaka found a 25kg bag of breakfast mealie meal for various brands selling between K207 and K244.99, while a 25kg bag of roller meal was selling at K191 in one of the stores.
