MULTICHOICE Africa Holdings (MAH) says the withdrawal of DStv services in Malawi will not affect its business operations in other markets. And the Zambia Consumer Association (ZACA) says it wouldn’t want MultiChoice to withdraw from Zambia, adding that what’s important is for the company to engage with consumers and government to find common ground. On Tuesday, MultiChoice Africa Holdings announced that it had indefinitely terminated its services in Malawi following a court injunction, prohibiting an adjustment to the DStv tariffs.
