MINISTRY of Agriculture Permanent Secretary John Mulongoti has disclosed that about 1,030 FISP beneficiaries have so far collected their inputs. Mulongoti further says his ministry has screened about 70 percent of farmers under FISP, adding that all ghost farmers will be replaced.
