THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) says it is difficult to make predictions on when stability in the fuel supply chain will be attained as some of the parameters which have led to the current situation are outside the board’s control. ERB Director General Elijah Sichone has, however, insisted that the country is not facing a fuel crisis.
