THE Economics Association of Zambia (EAZ) has warned of potential risks of overpricing as the country transitions to the use of new bank notes. And EAZ president Oswald Mungule has urged government to create a new vehicle, away from Zesco, that will be buying power from Independent Power Producers (IPPs).
