THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed a case in which former Zambia Investment Holding (ZCCM-IH) chief executive officer Pius Kasolo had asked it to declare that his termination of employment was without a valid reason and demanded full payment of his accrued salaries. High court Industrial Relations Division Judge Egispo Mwansa said there was evidence before court that Kasolo was paid all salaries and allowances at termination of his employment and as such, there was no award to make in his favour. Kasolo stated in his complaint before court that in a letter dated January 31, 2019 his employment with ZCCM was unjustifiably and illegally terminated and no valid reasons connected with his conduct or performance were given.
