FOUR UPND cadres have sued the state in the Lusaka High Court seeking damages for false imprisonment on a charge of possession of offensive materials and weapons. In their statement of claim, Remmy Mukoba, Kelvin Mwansa Mupulisa, Fabian Mwanza Lubona and Martin Muchindu, who have cited the Attorney General as the respondent, stated that they were falsely imprisoned for 30 days.
