HONEYBEE Pharmacy Limited has recommenced its suit against the Attorney General in the Lusaka High Court, demanding damages for breach of contract and an order for payment of US$4,998,375 for the 5000 health center kits supplied to the Ministry of Health. Honeybee is also seeking an order for payment of US$17,985,150, being monies expected from contract number MOH\SP\032\19-02, an order that the defendant accepts the remainder of the health kits, interest on all sums, among other claims.
